  1. Good night Irene! I´m Fernando, one of your classmates of ICT.

Looking for the motivation of our students is essential to ensure the success of the learning process. I think that your decision of using “The city” as the topic within which all the activities are developed, is great. It means that not only will pupils learn a lot about this topic, but also they will learn English through a life-like context that encourage their learning and increase their motivation. Everything that students are going to learn while making the activities of this blog, will be very useful and practical for their daily life because they will be able to apply that knowledge in real contexts.

“Welcome to the city!” is a good “slogan” that invites the reader to surfing on the blog. In addition, all the pictures you have included in the blog are very interesting and suitable.

The activity with the title “Giving directions in the city” is incredibly useful! It is very important to learn different expressions that will help students to communicate with people in the street, for both asking for information and helping others who don´t know the way to go to a place.

    Congratulations!

    Kind regards.

    Fernando.
